As Meet the Motivators enters its 10th year of empowering women and inspiring transformation, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director (ED) to lead us into our next decade of impact. The position is for a one-year term, renewable through our Board of Directors

This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of a high-powered, women-focused not-for-profit dedicated to mental health, empowerment, entrepreneurship, and advocacy through signature initiatives like the Resilient Woman program.

The ideal candidate is:

  • A purpose-driven leader with a strong track record in non-profit management, particularly in women’s advocacy, mental health, and social impact work.
  • Experienced in fund development, with proven success securing grants, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
  • Ready to scale programs regionally and grow Resilient Woman into a national initiative.
  • A passionate builder of teams, partnerships, and communities.
  • An excellent communicator who can advocate for our mission and represent Meet the Motivators across Canada and beyond.

  • Strategic planning and organizational growth
